Our 5th Anniversary Bazaar: Vendor Registration

The Silk Route Children’s Bazaar will accept a maximum of 100 businesses. Registration will close once all spots are filled.
To ensure variety, Silk Route Children’s Bazaar will limit the number of businesses in the same category. If your idea is too similar to one already accepted, you’ll be notified and given the chance to resubmit.
Applicants must be ages 6–16 on or before the application opening date.
Please submit one application per business (not per child). The business can have up to 3 children.
If children of different age groups apply together, they will compete in the age group of the oldest member.
Accepted applicants will be notified starting in Mid August 2026 until all 100 spots are filled. Upon notification, a $25 fee per business will be required to secure the booth.
We do not have the manpower to run this event without your help. We request parents to consider volunteering for the event. You can register to volunteer here.

If you require financial assistance to enable your child/children to participate in the bazaar, please contact us as we have a limited number of bursaries available.

Each booth includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs (table covers not provided).
A maximum of 3 participants may share one booth.
Parents of younger children may sit at the booth, but children are responsible for setup, sales, and customer interaction.
Parents may not sell, advertise, or promote on behalf of their child. Doing so will result in disqualification from the competition.
No existing adult-owned business may be submitted under the child’s name for participation.

Participation in the competition is optional.
Entries will be judged in three age categories: 6–9, 10–12, and 13–16.
Booths will be judged on:
- Originality of the business idea
- Business potential
- Presentation & creativity
Cash prizes of $100 per category/age group will be awarded (to be shared among group members).
